Confirm is an AI-powered performance management platform that eliminates bias in performance reviews through Organizational Network Analysis (ONA). We help companies make fair talent decisions by adding an objective data layer to performance evaluation.

What's the interview process like?

We keep it simple. You'll have a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by 1-2 rounds of in-depth interviews (technical for engineers, case studies for PMs/CS). We move fast—typically 1-2 weeks from first touch to offer.
