Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build features that make HR teams more effective. You'll work on React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. If you have experience with data visualization, real-time collaboration, or ML pipelines, we want to hear from you.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience

Head of Customer Success
Build and lead our customer success organization from the ground up. You'll hire, train, and mentor CSMs to ensure enterprise customers realize maximum value. Own the customer lifecycle, drive net revenue retention, and be the voice of the customer in product decisions.
- 7+ years of customer success or account management experience
- 2+ years leading a team (recruiting, coaching, performance management)
- Track record of driving net revenue retention and customer growth

What's the interview process like?
We keep it simple. You'll have a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by 1-2 rounds of in-depth interviews (technical for engineers, case studies for PMs/CS). We move fast—typically 1-2 weeks from first touch to offer.
