About Confirm
What is Confirm?
Confirm is a workforce enablement system that helps organizations build skilled, engaged, and high-performing teams. It brings learning, performance, and employee engagement together in one place – connecting the tools and data that most organizations run across separate, disconnected systems. Confirm serves frontline enterprises, fast-growing scale-up businesses, and mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organizations across more than 47 countries.
What does ‘workforce enablement’ mean?
Workforce enablement means giving people the capability, motivation, and clarity they need to do their jobs well – and giving organizations the visibility to know it’s happening. At Confirm, that means connecting learning (building skills and knowledge), performance (understanding who is ready, who is developing, and who needs support), and engagement (understanding how people feel and what’s driving them to stay or leave). When those three things work together, organizations get a workforce that improves continuously – not just one that completes training.
What is the Talent Flywheel?
The Talent Flywheel is Confirm’s core framework for workforce enablement. It’s made up of three engines – Learn, Perform, and Engage – that each feed into the next. Learning builds capability. Performance surfaces who is ready and where the gaps are. Engagement keeps people connected and flags early warning signs before they become retention problems. Because each engine generates data that the others can act on, the flywheel compounds over time: the more you use it, the more value it returns.
Who does Confirm serve?
Confirm works with three types of organizations. Frontline organizations – in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and more – use Confirm to train, engage, and manage the performance of deskless, shift-based workforces at scale. Scale-up businesses – typically in SaaS, e-commerce, and fast-growing professional services – use Confirm to onboard faster, develop people intentionally, and keep pace with rapid growth. Mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organizations use Confirm to unify learning, performance, and engagement across every team, function, and level. Confirm currently supports more than 26 million learners across more than 30 industries.
How did Confirm come to exist?
Confirm was formed through the consolidation of five specialist workforce technology companies: Learning Pool, WorkRamp, WorkStep, Elucidat, and Confirm. Learning Pool, founded in 2006, was the original business – built around learning technology for large and complex organizations. Over time, complementary products were brought together to address the full workforce enablement picture: an AI-driven LMS for scale-up teams (WorkRamp), a frontline engagement and retention platform (WorkStep), a content authoring tool (Elucidat), and a performance management system (Confirm). In 2026, all five came together under the Confirm name and brand.
Does Confirm work for traditional desk-based organizations?
Yes. Alongside its frontline and scale-up tracks, Confirm serves mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organizations of every shape and size – including those with primarily desk-based workforces. The challenges differ by sector, but the need is consistent: skilled, engaged, and well-managed people across every team, function, and level. Confirm gives those organizations one system to make that happen, whether they’re starting with a single product or taking the full suite. Customers in this space include organizations such as AG Barr, Post Office, Sky, and Aberdeenshire Council.
Our products
What products does Confirm offer?
Confirm offers a suite of workforce enablement products organized across three tracks. Frontline products – designed for shift-based, deskless workforces – include Learn:Go, Engage, Perform, Create, Library, and Custom. Scale-up products – designed for fast-growing businesses – include Learn:Up, Perform, Academy, Practice, Create, Library, and Custom. Standalone products – specialist tools that work alongside any existing system – include Adaptive Compliance and OnScreen Guidance. Products can be taken individually or as a combined suite. Everything is built to connect, so adding more never means starting over.
What is Learn:Go?
Learn:Go is Confirm’s frontline learning platform. It delivers targeted training, tracks competency, and keeps compliance visible across every site, shift, and role. Mobile-first and offline-ready, it’s built for the realities of frontline work – 90-second windows on shared devices, no laptops, no desk time. Learn:Go handles automated enrolment, recertification, and real-time compliance reporting, and gives managers role-based analytics to see exactly where their teams stand.
What is Learn:Up?
Learn:Up (formerly WorkRamp) is Confirm’s AI-driven learning management system (LMS) for scale-up businesses. It’s built to get new hires and sales teams productive faster – with structured onboarding, personalized learning paths, and AI simulations that replace time-consuming live practice sessions. Ramp times are measured in weeks, not months. Learn:Up also connects learning activity to business outcomes, so L&D teams can show the impact of every program in terms leadership understands.
What is Engage?
Engage (formerly WorkStep) is Confirm’s frontline employee engagement and retention platform. It gives HR leaders and site managers the listening tools, predictive signals, and clear next actions to understand why frontline workers stay – and to act before they decide to leave. Engage reaches workers through SMS, email, and QR surveys, and surfaces turnover risk alerts before they show up in an exit interview. It’s built for organizations where traditional engagement tools don’t reach the floor.
What is Perform?
Perform (previously Confirm) is a performance management product, available across both frontline and scale-up tracks. It replaces manager memory and subjective review processes with a clear, data-driven view of performance across every site, team, and level. AI cuts review admin significantly – 90% less time writing reviews, 75% less time in calibration – and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) surfaces the real contributors in any team, not just the most visible ones. Perform gives HR and people leaders the evidence to make promotion, compensation, and development decisions they can stand behind.
What is Create?
Create (formerly Elucidat) is Confirm’s AI-assisted content authoring tool, available across both frontline and scale-up tracks. It lets subject matter experts build quality learning quickly, without needing instructional design experience or a production backlog. AI helps with course outlines and content generation. Brand controls keep everything consistent. Auto-translate covers 75+ languages. Create is built for organizations that need to produce learning at scale – without every piece going through a central L&D team.
What is Practice?
Practice (formerly AI Simulations) is Confirm’s AI simulation product for scale-up teams. It lets sales reps, managers, and customer-facing teams rehearse high-stakes conversations – objection handling, difficult feedback, sensitive HR discussions – with a realistic AI character, before those conversations happen in the real world. Instant feedback is provided after each simulation. There’s no facilitator needed and no scheduling required. Teams can run as many simulations as they need, any time.
What is Academy?
Academy (formerly WorkRamp) is Confirm’s customer and partner learning product for scale-up businesses. It lets organizations build branded, AI-powered learning academies for external audiences – customers, partners, and resellers – that drive product adoption, deepen loyalty, and reduce support overhead. Certifications can be published directly to LinkedIn, turning product knowledge into social proof. Academy is built for companies that want customer education to drive revenue, not just answer tickets.
What is Library?
Library is Confirm’s off-the-shelf course catalog, available across both frontline and scale-up tracks. The frontline Library covers compliance, safety, leadership, and skills – with instant translation options. The scale-up Library spans onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and safety, with thousands of expert-reviewed courses ready to deploy immediately, with no build time and no starting from scratch. Library content is SCORM-compatible, accessible, and fully editable to your brand.
What is Custom?
Custom is Confirm’s bespoke content service, available across both frontline and scale-up tracks. Where off-the-shelf content doesn’t fit, Confirm’s team works directly with organizations to build learning programs around their brand, products, roles, and people. Custom covers end-to-end learning design – including animation, video, gamified content, and interactive modules. Organizations own the content outright.
What is Adaptive Compliance?
Adaptive Compliance is a suite of compliance training courses that adapts to what each learner already knows – rather than making everyone sit through the same content regardless of their starting point. Fast learners skip what they’ve already demonstrated. Those who need more support get it. Everyone reaches full proficiency, with less seat time, a full audit trail, and a legally defensible record of understanding, not just completion. Adaptive Compliance works alongside any existing LMS or learning system – no platform switch required.
What is OnScreen Guidance?
OnScreen Guidance puts step-by-step instructions directly inside the software your teams already use, at the moment they need them – with no training course required. It reduces onboarding time, cuts support tickets, and helps organizations get full value from the tools they’ve already paid for. OnScreen Guidance is a standalone product that works alongside your existing tech stack.
For frontline organizations
How does Confirm support frontline workforces?
Confirm’s frontline system is purpose-built for organizations where work happens on shift, on site, and on the move. It addresses the three core challenges frontline organizations face: getting people job-ready fast, keeping compliance locked down across multiple sites, and understanding engagement well enough to act on it before turnover becomes a problem. All frontline products are mobile-first, offline-ready, and designed for shared devices – built for the floor, not the desk.
What frontline industries does Confirm work with?
Confirm works with frontline organizations across retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, healthcare, and more. Customers include organizations such as Pret, IHG Hotels, Lidl, Decathlon, Canada Goose, Aramex, and Potbelly. Confirm currently supports frontline teams across 47 countries.
How does Confirm handle compliance for frontline teams?
Learn:Go automates compliance tracking across every site, shift, and role – with automated enrollment loops, recertification management, and a full audit trail available on demand. Compliance doesn’t close between review cycles; it runs continuously. For organizations with more complex compliance requirements, Adaptive Compliance goes further – adapting to what each individual already knows, cutting seat time without cutting standards, and building a legally defensible record of demonstrated understanding rather than just completion.
For scale-up organizations
How does Confirm support fast-growing businesses?
Confirm’s scale-up system is built for businesses where speed matters and complexity compounds quickly. It helps scale-up teams solve the three problems that tend to break fast-growing organizations: new hires taking too long to become productive, a fragmented tech stack that nobody fully owns, and learning programs that can’t keep pace with the rate of change. Learn:Up, Perform, Practice, and Academy are all designed to deliver results in weeks, not quarters – without the overhead of an enterprise implementation.
Can Confirm support customer and partner training, not just internal teams?
Yes. Academy is specifically built for external audiences – customers, partners, and resellers. It gives scale-up businesses a branded, AI-powered learning academy they can use to drive product adoption, onboard customers faster, certify partners, and reduce the volume of support tickets raised by users who haven’t fully understood the product. For organizations whose revenue depends on how well their customers and partners understand what they’ve bought, Academy turns education into a growth function.
Getting started
How do I get started with Confirm?
The starting point is a demo. Confirm’s team will work with you to understand your workforce, your challenges, and what you’re trying to achieve – and build the demo around that, rather than walking you through a generic product tour. Book a demo here.
What does onboarding and support look like?
Confirm’s customer success teams work with you from day one – through onboarding, implementation, and beyond. Support is ongoing, not just at the point of go-live. Confirm holds a 98% customer recommendation rate, and customers describe the relationship as partnership rather than vendor support. For organizations that need additional help with content creation, Confirm’s learning design team can work alongside your L&D function to build and launch programs.
How is Confirm priced?
Confirm’s pricing varies depending on the products, the scale of your workforce, and the level of support required. To discuss pricing for your organization, contact the Confirm team directly.
Technical and security
Does Confirm use AI?
Yes, across multiple products. AI features in Confirm’s system include: AI-assisted course creation in Create, AI simulations for high-stakes conversation practice in Practice, AI-generated review summaries and coaching in Perform, predictive turnover risk signals in Engage, automated recertification logic in Adaptive Compliance, and AI-driven personalized learning paths in Learn:Up. Confirm’s approach to AI is practical – it’s built into workflows to reduce admin, accelerate output, and surface signals earlier, rather than as a standalone feature.
How does Confirm integrate with existing systems?
Confirm integrates with HRIS platforms, CRMs, and other people-tech tools across the stack. All learning products support SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI, and are compatible with any SCORM-compliant LMS. Single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM are supported. For organizations looking to consolidate rather than add another vendor, Confirm is designed to replace multiple point solutions – not sit alongside them. For specific integration queries, contact the Confirm team directly.
Is Confirm secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Confirm holds ISO 27001 certification and partners with ISO and SOC-certified hosting providers. The system supports single sign-on (SSO) to manage user access securely. Confirm takes GDPR compliance seriously – with robust data protection practices, transparent processing documentation, and processes that allow individuals to exercise their data rights.
